Jillian Michaels is warning Americans against buying unregulated weight-loss peptides off the internet and dosing themselves, saying the "gray market" drugs carry risks of vision loss, heart problems and hormonal damage.

The FDA has already issued hundreds of adverse event reports tied to unapproved GLP-1 drugs and sent warning letters to online vendors falsely labeling chemicals as "for research purposes only."

Michaels says when users stop taking the compounds, an aggressive hunger rebound kicks in.

"These things are not a joke, man. They are not something that you play around with for vanity purposes, for sure."

This is one of the major reasons we are Direct Care and do not accept insurance in our office. Especially when dealing with complaints related to Hormone Replacement Therapy or Testosterone Replacement Therapy, it is huge not to be restrained by insurance to be able to provide you the most appropriate and effective testing and treatments.

The thing I keep on repeat with patients, friends, family is just do it! Everyone wants you around for a long time because without U life is BLE 😂

So do it tired. Do it happy. Do it sad. Do it crying. Do it motivated or not. Do it rejoicing in another day. Do it praying for everything you need to keep going. Currently, do it sweating like hell.

But. Just. Do. It. All the medications, supplements, BHRT or TRT in the world will only bring you so much relief and progress without the commitment to show up and do the things. Cook the food. Drink the water. Get your protein. Go outside. Just do your best anytime you can. Trust me, 75 year old you will thank you for doing the things now!
