Harvard researchers followed 147,000 adults for up to 30 years to find the strength training "sweet spot" for longevity. What they found:

• 13% lower risk of death from any cause
• 19% lower risk of cardiovascular mortality
• 27% lower risk of neurological disease mortality

The optimal amount? 90–120 minutes of strength training per week.

At Bodystreet, that's one 20-minute EMS session. Same science. Same results. One-sixth of the time.

Strength training isn't just about how you look — it's about how long and how well you live. If you've been putting it off, this might be the study that changes that.

Yep. That's exactly what we're telling you. 👀

20 minutes a week. One-on-one with a certified trainer. EMS technology activating up to 90% of your muscle groups simultaneously. No crowded gym floor. No hour-long sessions. No figuring it out alone.

It sounds too good to be true until you actually try it — which is why the free trial exists. Come in skeptical. Leave with answers.

When the heat is already wearing you out, the last thing you need is a punishing workout.

This is one of the reasons EMS training resonates with people in Florida summers. Because the work happens internally — muscle activation driven by low-level electrical impulses — there's no high-impact stress on your joints, and sessions stay at 20 minutes. You're not grinding through an hour in a hot gym. You're doing focused, guided work in a controlled environment and walking out feeling like you did something real.

If joint issues, the heat, or just not wanting to destroy yourself have kept you from committing to a gym — this is a different category.

Summer is the time of year most people quietly drop their fitness routine.

It happens the same way every year. The weather changes, the schedule gets looser, and suddenly three months have gone by. At Bodystreet, the summer argument is actually pretty simple: one session a week, 20 minutes, fully guided. It doesn't compete with your summer plans — it fits inside them. If you've been thinking about starting something before fall, the middle of summer is genuinely a better time than you'd think.

No crowds.
No pressure.

Our trainers don't just tell you what to do. They train in the suit too.

There's something worth knowing about working with a Bodystreet trainer: they're not standing on the other side of a gym floor watching you figure it out. They're in it with you — they know what the suit feels like, what the intensity feels like, and what a first session actually feels like from your side.

That's a different kind of coaching than most people have experienced. If you've been curious about whether this is right for you, the free trial is a genuine no-pressure way to find out.

One session.
One-on-one.

Kelli is one of our trainers. She's also in the suit.

That's not a coincidence. When the people teaching you the method are also the ones doing it, you're getting a different kind of coaching than you'd get from someone just running the controls.

If you've been curious about EMS training but not sure what to expect — this is what it looks like. One-on-one, fully guided, 20 minutes. Real work, real results, no gym floor required.
