To Our Valued Patients,
We want to sincerely apologize for the unexpected closure of Carolina Health and Hydration over the past several days.
Due to a sudden family emergency, Carla, the wife of our provider, Ken, underwent two emergency surgeries within a 24-hour period. She remains hospitalized, and at this time we do not know when she will be released. This was a completely unforeseen medical emergency. It was not planned and certainly not a vacation, despite rumors that may have been circulating.
For those who know us, you know that caring for people has always been the foundation of Carolina Health and Hydration. We believe wholeheartedly in taking care of others, especially family, during times of crisis. We would never intentionally do anything to interrupt your care or cause hardship for our patients. That goes against everything we stand for.
We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and prayers during this difficult time. While we do not yet know what the coming days will bring for Carla's recovery, we are working as hard as we can to personally call and text each patient to reschedule appointments or arrange medication and prescription pickups whenever possible.
Thank you for the grace, kindness, and support so many of you have already shown our family. It means more than words can express. We ask for your continued prayers as we focus on Carla's recovery while doing everything we can to continue serving our patients.
We look forward to returning to normal operations as soon as it is safely possible.
