It’s always a little bittersweet to say goodbye. 🥹 This adorable storefront helped make so many of my dreams come true, and I’m excited to leave some of those good vibes behind for the next chapter. 😍

I’m so happy to officially welcome Mellanie Cole and Sentir Massage Healing to Main Street, Mount Joy. 🌿🤍

Mellanie has been such a beautiful part of my own journey over the past three years. She is my Reiki Master, my yoga instructor, one of my personal massage therapists, and most importantly, one of my best friends. I couldn’t be happier to see her take this next step and make this space her own. 🥹❤️

Meet Beverly! 🤍

Bev has been part of the Mount Joy Massage & Wellness family for the past 7 months, and I thought it was time to share a little about how we met.

Years ago, I worked with her daughter at JB Dawson’s during my serving days. Around Mother’s Day, Bev was running a massage special, so I booked an appointment and absolutely loved my massage. Years later, when the massage practice she was working at was being sold, she reached out to me. I love how life sometimes comes full circle, and I’m so thankful our paths crossed again.

With over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, Bev is passionate about helping clients relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore balance. She especially enjoys hot stone massage, using the soothing warmth of the stones to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation.

Beverly has a following of her own clients that she brought with her to Mount Joy Massage and Wellness which speaks volumes about the trust and that she’s built with her clients over the years.

If you haven’t had the chance to meet Bev yet, I hope you do! She has such a kind, calming presence and genuinely cares about helping people feel their very best. We’re so grateful she’s part of the Mount Joy Massage & Wellness team. 🤍

I realized I’ve never properly introduced Jo Beth on our page, and I wanted to change that!

Jo Beth joined Mount Joy Massage & Wellness several months ago after reaching out to me from a Facebook post that a friend sent her. As we talked, we realized what a small world it is! That friend is one of her family members, she knows my aunt, and she even used to babysit my partner when he was little. My favorite connection, though, is our shared love of motorcycles. I don’t ride anymore, but it was a huge passion of mine for many years.

Jo Beth is a Licensed Massage Therapist with five years of experience, specializing in customized sessions for relaxation, stress relief, and recovery. Inspired by her own healing journey after an accident, she brings empathy, intention, and a calming presence to every massage. She also has a growing passion for reflexology and is always continuing her education.

We’re so happy to have Jo Beth as part of the Mount Joy Massage & Wellness team! 🤍

I am so excited to finally share this space with all of you. 🤍

I’ve dreamed of having a treatment room like this for so long. Every detail was chosen with intention to create a place that feels peaceful, welcoming, and restorative.

Walking into this room fills me with such a sense of calm, gratitude, and completion. My hope is that you’ll feel that same sense of peace the moment you walk through the door, and that it carries into every massage and every moment we share here.

What stands out most about Mellanie is her genuine care for others—it truly shows in everything she does.
Bonus: she’s bilingual 🇨🇴, making her care even more accessible to our community.

Her hours are Tuesday and Thursday 2:00-5:30 and her books are now open! ✨

Meet Mellanie Sanchez Cole, a recent graduate of Lancaster School of Massage, excited and energized to offer relaxation, relief, and restorative healing through her work. Known for her firm pressure as well as deeply relaxing massage sessions, Mellanie creates a balanced experience tailored to each client’s needs.

With Reiki as her foundation, she has been immersed in holistic wellness for over 10 years, helping others reconnect with balance, healing, and inner calm. Her background in yoga, Reiki, and breathwork allows her to bring a grounded, intuitive, and nurturing approach to every session.

Mellanie’s goal is to help each person release tension, regulate the nervous system, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves. She proudly offers her services in both English and Spanish, making healing accessible to a wider community.
