our lady of everything
precious mother
hail, ma abundant
so full of grace
blessed art thou
among all mothers and daughters
we who know you
beyond titles and concepts
blessed is the life-giving fruit
of your tree of life womb

for praying for us

Hey Earth Angels~

After yesterday's Sag Full Moon and Chiron and Mars conjunct in Aries today, we may be feeling a bit on edge; like we want to get moving, but what with Neptune so much in the mix, it may be a bit like trying to drive in misty rain where the wipers don't do much to clear our view!

So maybe taking a breath and pushing pause for a moment might be just the thing...coming back into our bodies and centering ourselves within. My prayer for today from the book 365 days of Angel Prayers can help us remember that in each moment of now the world is being made anew, and for that reason, is a holy moment. Enjoy!

Please let's send out prayers of peace, love, strength, hope, and healing to our Ukrainian brothers and sisters. Let us pray for the end to needless acts of aggression and brutality. Let us pray that sanity, level-headedness, and PEACE prevail! Let us pray that the real reasons behind this "war" be exposed and corruption be undone!

On this cross quarter day we celebrate the halfway mark between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. YAY! Spring is on the way...

But we're not quite there yet! We are still in the midst of February's special brand of winter. So we can light a candle today (preferably a white one) in honor of the Celtic goddess Brigid...She who is bright and beautiful, who is associated with the Sun and the element of Fire. She who warms the still cold earth with her inner flame of Love, Beauty, Creativity, Healing. She who calls forth the new life that Spring always promises.

May Brigid re-ignite your inner flame today and celebrate the quickening of the new, fresh, and vital coming into your life.

Hey Earth Angels~

Happy New Moon in Aquarius!

The Aquarius New Moon is super potentized this year because of all of the amazingly supportive and energizing astrological influences happening at the same time (more on these in upcoming posts!). But if I had to pick just a couple of words to sum up the potential for this moon they would be MOMENTUM and BREAKTHROUGHS!

We've been in such a long period of review and recalibration, of assessing what works and what doesn't in terms of what we value and also in our relationships, what beliefs no longer can stand without hindering our progress, and what old stories no longer serve (think Venus RX in Capricorn!), that now it's like a big, fat permission slip from the Universe to go for what we want AND being given the help to have the inspiration and energy to go after it! **

**One caveat...if you are still feeling sluggish and stuck and tired be sure to listen to your own knowing on this and don't push! Just because the new moon is a herald of a new breath of fresh air doesn't mean to ignore your deeper knowing and there are personal aspects in each of our astrological charts that are happening at the same time which take precedence and must be taken into account as well.
