Here’s the tea! Just because your labs are normal, doesn’t mean you’re healthy.
If you’ve ever gone to the doctor feeling exhausted, foggy, bloated, just not yourself… and they run your labs and tell you ‘everything looks normal’… I hear you. That is so frustrating.
Here’s what most people don’t know. Those reference ranges on your lab work? They’re designed to catch disease. They’re designed to flag something that’s already a big problem. They’re not designed to tell you if your body is actually functioning well.
Normal and optimal are two very different things. You can be ‘in range’ and still feel terrible. Your thyroid can be ‘normal’ and you’re losing your hair. Your vitamin D can be ‘normal’ and you can barely get out of bed.
So if you’ve been told your labs are fine and you know something is off… trust that. Your body is talking to you. You deserve a provider who actually listens. Follow for more, and drop a 🫖 if this has happened to you.
