We kicked off Octoberโ€™s Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Mt. Pleasant Assisted Living with a little creativity and a whole lot of PINK! ๐Ÿ’•

Our residents started by crafting their very own pink ribbon pins, followed by a PINK PARTY to celebrate breast cancer survivors, honor those weโ€™ve lost, and raise awareness! ๐ŸŽ€๐Ÿฉท

Today was all about spreading love, showing support, and reminding everyone that no one fights alone! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’—

We wrapped up National Assisted Living Week with a wonderful day of celebration! ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿก

๐ŸŒฎ Our staff enjoyed a delicious taco salad bar, and we also took time to celebrate and show appreciation for our amazing housekeeper and all she does to keep our residentsโ€™ home looking its best! ๐Ÿงน๐Ÿ’•

Then it was off to the Emerald City for our end-of-the-week party! ๐Ÿ’š We enjoyed punch, games, lots of laughs, and time together celebrating such a fun week.

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Throughout the day, we drew prizes for our Golden Ticket recipients! Golden Tickets were handed out all week to staff members who went above and beyond, participated in the fun, and helped make the week extra special for our residents. ๐Ÿ’›

What a wonderful way to finish a week full of fun, appreciation, and memories. There truly is no place like home, and we are so thankful for everyone who makes Mt. Pleasant Assisted Living feel like one! ๐Ÿกโค๏ธ๐ŸŒˆ

Thursday of National Assisted Living Week was a wild one at Mt. Pleasant Assisted Living! ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿพ Our theme for the day was Animal Print/Safari, and everyone came ready for an adventure!

๐Ÿฆ’ We kicked off the morning with our Walking Club and went on a safari walk!
๐Ÿพ In the afternoon, we had lots of fun playing Animal BINGO!
๐Ÿซ And our amazing staff got a little extra love with a rolling treat cart making its way around throughout the day!

Wednesdayโ€™s theme was โ€œThereโ€™s No Place Like Homeโ€ and what feels more like home than being comfy in our pajamas?! ๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿฉท Our residents and staff enjoyed a cozy Pajama/Comfy Day!

We started the morning with a fun craft ๐ŸŽจ and spent the afternoon enjoying church with Tommy Burton. ๐Ÿ™โ›ช๏ธ

Our staff also received their Superlative Awards ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ˜‚ a fun way to recognize all the different personalities that make our team so special!

๐ŸŽฌ We started our day watching The Wizard of Oz with fresh made popcorn! ๐Ÿฟ
๐ŸŒˆ Then we had a colorful afternoon of Rainbow BINGO and enjoyed delicious rainbow sherbet! ๐Ÿจ

And we couldnโ€™t leave out our amazing staff! ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ They enjoyed a Candy Bar Station thanks to our friends at Chambers Home Health. Thank you so much for helping us make our staff feel extra special this week! ๐Ÿ’•

Everyone wore yellow to celebrate the day, and our residents had fun participating in a Wizard of Oz scavenger hunt throughout the building! ๐ŸŒช๏ธ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿค–๐ŸŒˆ

And because we have some NACHO AVERAGE STAFF, we treated our amazing team to a nacho bar! ๐Ÿง€๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿ’›
