Finally getting back to post this!
Last week, I posted this in my stories that I was trying a protocol I'd heard about from our CellCore rep. Since I didn't have a tick bite handy (thankfully), I tried it on a gnat bite. Those little vultures are terrible this time of year! My review of the protocol was that it worked great! I did also take a quercetin to combat the internal histamine reaction, but on the surface, the itching and redness was WAY down after just a few minutes! For a tick bite, I'd also add Ledum Palustre 200x for added support (available on our FullScript site).

Here's how to make it:
One Biotoxin binder capsule
A few drops of Para 3
Dropperful of IS-BORR

Create a paste and apply.

This is what is so great about the Parasite Kit. 2 of these products come with the kit and doing just a routine parasite cleanse will leave you with plenty of extra to have a stock on-hand. I added the IS-BORR after I heard about this particular protocol and now keep all 3 stocked at home for tick season and routine maintenance. IS-BORR is used to treat Lyme co-infections and because of its 24-herb blend, it is a fantastic broad-spectrum treatment.

Para 3 has many other great applications, including use as a nasal spray for sinus infections AND as a breathing treatment with a nebulizer for respiratory illnesses. It'll definitely remain a staple in our home!

Well, we're officially bird farmers now, and with more on the way!

Because what says "I hate my free time" more than adding a whole extra hobby to an already full schedule? 😂

Mowing is probably one of the most under-rated weekend chores out there! A few hours (at least) of uninterrupted me time with my tunes! You should try it! 🙃

To stay protected, I keep a good stock of products just in case. For those that use sunscreen, Badger is a great brand! EWG rates this sunscreen as a 1 which is good! I'll make another post soon on other non-sunscreen alternatives!

Quercetin is always great to keep on-hand. I use Now brand that has a good combination with Bromelain for an anti-inflammatory and D-Hist Jr. is a fantastic option for the kiddos!

Last, but definitely not least, is TICK PROTECTION! This year has been a doozy so far for all sorts of ticks. We added this new repellent from to our line-up and LOVING IT! ❤️
