Jude is a 3rd generation West African shaman who has a vision to help heal humanity. I will open with a short grounded, empowering meditation, sound bath and song.

Friday from 7:00–9:00 PM I'll be guiding Past Life Regression meditation. This intimate hypnotic journey invites you into expanded states of awareness to explore a past, parallel, or future life memory for self-discovery, insight, and reflection.

Saturday 5:30PM - 7PM is "Dreaming Forward: A Sound Journey into Possibility.

I'm learning to trust that the right people will find me, and that I will be of service exactly as I'm meant to. My first two Reiki clients were both master healers, which felt especially meaningful and aligned.

Hi friends, I just opened my healing space, The Cosmic Room, in downtown Mount Shasta! I am located above Soul Connections just down the hall from the Community Center and will be hosting private small group ceremonies and 1:1 private healing sessions.

1:1 sessions are designed to support:

• nervous system regulation

• deep relaxation
• emotional reset

I offer personalized, intuitive sessions through:
