💛 Meet Brandy Hickman 💛

Brandy is a phenomenal functional nutritionist who helps patients every day in our Finish Line Weight Loss Program—but today, we’re sharing her story.

She never truly struggled with her weight until menopause and hypothyroidism hit.
Even though she was already eating clean and exercising 6 days a week, she gained 25 pounds and felt completely stuck.

What finally made the difference? Accountability.
That same accountability is what Brandy now teaches her patients—because it’s the key to making weight loss sustainable, not temporary.

Dr. Parker jokes that Brandy is a “psychologist nutritionist”—because she doesn’t just understand food… she understands people. She helps patients overcome emotional eating and finally move forward for good.
