It’s been awhile! The reminder of my yoga practice has been a theme lately. It feels like which I have fallen back on. I recently took a yoga class while I was on vacation by myself, and I was at a business class for something else, but my yoga kept coming back to me, and my thoughts of where I want to direct efforts.The ebbs and flow of life have been occurring which is awesome, and through it I find I’m consistently inconsistent. Haha I’ll work on that between adjusting to perimenopause and both family blessings and challenges I’m finding that I need to reroot myself to keep myself grounded. One thing that helps me stay grounded is a morning ritual. I personally like prayer tea and journaling. Maybe pair it with a couple sun salutations or a short morning stretch or a walk. Whether it’s a morning routine, a nighttime routine or something else. It’s always good to have something that helps you stay grounded, especially in times of change. How do you like to stay grounded?

Ok so the other thing I wanted to share today that I came across was a really cool program. Now I have only purchased the program not the membership.  The only reason I didn’t do the membership is because for me it’s been a long journey and I’m well in tune and already have my supportive circle and after four physical therapists  which the last one I loved, but my insurance capped me out and refused to pay for it anymore. I came across this gal that does the buff m**f method and I love it!  Before it would take me about 45 minutes to get through all my physical therapy exercises what she teaches can help buff your m**f in less than 10-15 minutes  and addresses the issues from all different directions.  So if you are experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction either from having babies or just aging check it out I really like it and I got a great deal on it but if you feel you need the extra support get the membership you can always reach out to me also because I completely get it and can relate sister! it made me also realize your pelvic floor isn’t just something you fix. It’s just an ongoing maintenance thing that women need to do especially if they’ve had kids and as they age so find something that’s doable for you and just get it into your daily routine.  I would definitely check this out. A lot of stuff she shares is a combination of what my physical therapist shared with me, but also what my therapist shares with me and other body workers that I’ve worked with.  I’m enjoying it so far and probably TMI but I have not tinkled in my panties in three days, and no liner ladies! WOW!

I wanted to share a couple of things today that have really helped me in my journey of life with not only my physical healing from a traumatic childbirth injury, but also an emotional healing from many things.
