Our thought patterns and words carry weight and can influence not just our nervous system and body but also our surroundings and the people we come in contact with.
Choose wisely😉

I'm in the process of developing some course study for holistic herbalism.
If you are interested in being test subjects before it's launched, I'm looking for several people to take the courses free of charge and give constructive feedback.
I'm only seeking people who can make the commitment to follow through and seriously critique the classes.
Please email me if interested. Thnks.

Healing Circle - every second Sunday at 2pm
Drumming and Meditation
Starting in October
Location: 11040 Old Delaware Rd, Mount Vernon

Come to relax, get rejuvenated and give your nervous system a break.
We will start with drumming, no experience required and I do have some extra drums if you don't have one.
We will end with a quiet meditation, breathing and some soothing sounds.
It's a time to unplug, be in the moment.
Hope to see you there!
