We’d like to remind everyone that per the State Board of Cosmetology regulations, ALL adult tanning clients are required to complete a new consent form once every year.
Even if you have filled out a consent form with us in the past, we cannot use an expired form. A current, signed consent form must be on file before tanning services can be provided.
These requirements are not optional and are not salon policies—they are state regulations that we are required to follow in order to remain compliant and continue serving our customers.
We understand that paperwork can be inconvenient, but we ask that all interactions with our staff remain respectful. Our team is simply doing their job and following the regulations that govern our business. We will not tolerate abusive language, yelling, or disrespectful behavior toward our employees.
Thank you for your understanding, cooperation and continued support. We appreciate each and every one of our clients and look forward to helping you enjoy a safe tanning experience.
