The Mt. Vernon Honor Society visited throughout the school year to spend time with our residents and lead activities.

These visits brought so much joy, laughter, and connection to LCM, and they were always something our residents looked forward to.

Congratulations to the staff and residents of our Residential Care Center! 💛

RCC recently received ZERO deficiencies from their state survey.

Even more special, the state surveyor shared that residents had zero complaints, loved living at RCC, and that the residents were happy.🏡

We are incredibly proud of our staff for the compassionate care they provide every day and grateful for the wonderful community our residents help create.

🌟 New Resident Spotlight: Thomas “Tom” Dover 🌟

We’re excited to welcome Thomas (Tom) Dover to Lawrence County Manor!

Tom and his wife, Becky, have been married for 17 years and were living in Springfield before coming to LCM. He grew up in south Kansas City in a family with three boys and three girls. Tom has two sons, along with several grandchildren and a great grandchild.

Tom worked as a golf course superintendent, a role he truly took pride in. Becky shared that they always had the nicest yard in the neighborhood, which says a lot about his dedication and attention to detail.

We’re so glad to have Tom as part of the LCM family! 💛

From passing medications and checking on residents to offering comfort, compassion, and support, our nurses do so much each and every day. Their dedication and hard work help make Lawrence County Manor feel like home for our residents and families.
