From great conversations to a fun-filled atmosphere, a wonderful time was had by all. One highlight of the day? Refreshing drinks from Soul Smoothies — and they come highly recommended! 🥤✨

Meet Katie — Nurse Practitioner and Co-Owner of Steller Wellness since opening our doors in August 2023! 💙

Katie is married with 2 children and has quite the homestead crew at home: 2 cats, 7 chickens, 1 rooster, 2 ducks, and 2 beehives 🐓🦆🐝

What she loves most about her job is helping people uncover the root cause of their symptoms while educating patients on wellness and more natural approaches to health. And if you know Katie, you know she truly lives the lifestyle she teaches every day. 🌿

✨EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT✨

This week we are spotlighting Sam, one of our incredible Registered Nurses at Steller Wellness 💙 Sam joined our team in October 2025 and brings compassion, dedication, and a whole lot of personality to every patient interaction. In addition to working at Steller Wellness, she also continues caring for patients as a labor and delivery nurse — making women feel supported through some of life’s biggest moments.

At home, Sam stays just as busy. She is married, a mom of four, and spends her days surrounded by animals including 7 cats, chickens, and 2 dogs 🐾 When she’s not working, you can usually find her spending quality time with her kids, gardening, or diving into her newest obsession: learning how to bee keep 🐝🌱

One of Sam’s favorite parts of working in wellness is watching patients finally hit the weight loss goals and milestones they have worked so hard for. Seeing that confidence and happiness build is what makes her love what she does. Her favorite treatment is therapeutic Botox, and the small thing that can instantly make her day is something many of us can relate to — when her coffee order is actually made correctly ☕😂

If Sam had to live by one motto, it would be: “Do no harm, but take no sh*t.” And honestly… that fits her perfectly. We are so thankful for the care, humor, and energy she brings to our team every single day ✨

Standing beneath this billboard was already powerful… but seeing it placed above a headstone business was a reminder of just how serious this conversation really is. Depression steals joy, energy, connection, and far too often, hope.

That’s why we’re passionate about offering treatments like Exomind and creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and never ashamed to ask for help.

CJ’s wellness journey is proof that sustainable transformation starts with understanding the body from the inside out. 💙

Our clinical approach began with comprehensive bloodwork that identified several underlying barriers affecting overall health and performance, including:
• Clinically low testosterone levels
• Multiple vitamin deficiencies
• Lack of structured nutrition and metabolic support
