Meet Brittany Parker, FNP-C! 👋

We’re excited to introduce Brittany Parker, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Mobile Med 3 who brings a diverse nursing background and a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

She will be seeing patients right here in our Mountain Home location at 14 Medical Plaza ✅

Brittany began her nursing journey at Arkansas State University–Mountain Home, earning her LPN in 2018 and beginning her career in hospice care. She went on to earn her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing in 2019, working in cardiac step-down care before spending several years as a travel nurse. During that time, she gained valuable experience caring for patients with complex cardiac and neurological conditions.

In 2024, Brittany earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner education through Arkansas State University–Jonesboro in 2026. In August 2026, she became board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Brittany believes quality healthcare starts with listening. She is committed to giving every patient the time and attention they deserve, understanding their concerns, and making sure they feel heard, valued, and cared for. Building meaningful relationships with her patients and earning their trust is at the heart of her approach to healthcare.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors with her 4-year-old son, gardening, and relaxing with a good book whenever she gets the chance. ❤️

Keitha Jacellari, FNP-BC has more than 30 years of healthcare experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1994 and became a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in 1995. She spent many years working as a registered nurse in home health, orthopedic pre-operative and post-operative care, and various hospital settings. In 2014, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner program at Arkansas State University, graduating with honors. She also received ASU's award for her research project on diabetes self-management. Throughout her career, Keitha has practiced in rural family medicine, immediate care, and integrative care. She is passionate about health promotion, disease prevention, and helping patients gain the knowledge they need to achieve their healthcare goals.
