Sometimes a fresh start is the best move. We weren’t able to get Meta to update our page name from Sunnyvale/Mountain View to Silicon Valley Central, so we decided to create a new space that truly reflects who we are today (and have been for a while now).

FIT4MOM is officially launching our Silent Workout Series 🤫

All classes will allow zero chatting. Zero music. Zero noise. Zero words of encouragement.

Stroller classes now require perfectly quiet babies and toddlers.
Mom-only classes will feature aggressive eye contact instead of words of encouragement from your instructors.
