With the weather getting ready to test boundaries I thought I would mention a thing.
Did you know that fresh ginger root made into a tea improves blood circulation to the extremities, meaning your fingers and toes. Be sure and get some to help keep you warm.
There is no magical way to make it.
You can slice it, dice it, or grate it.
Throw it in some hot water.
If you want drizzle a little honey and squeeze a little lemon or lime in it. That will take a little of the bite out of it.
Just Do It!

With so many bugs going around I just wanted to make a quick post.
First, there are a number of things you can use on a daily basis that are anti-viral in nature. While each will work in slightly different ways basically they prevent a virus from replicating, and therefore it can’t take over. Some examples are elderberry, garlic, basil, oregano, olive leaf, and many others.
If you are already ill, remember mullein and marshmallow root can clear the gunk from your lungs (drink plenty of fluids…) and ginger root can settle upset tummies.
Let’s all stay as healthy as we can, and try not to pass anything to other folks.
Oh, and wash your hands…
