Before judging an exercise, try being curious.

There are many different qualities that can be trained in the gym, and not every exercise is meant to look familiar to you.

Most people are doing their best and trying to improve themselves.

Let’s make the gym a place where people feel safe to learn, grow, and get stronger.

Be kind. Be welcoming. Be the reason someone comes back tomorrow. πŸ’ͺ

It is always in your best interest to MANAGE your soreness during your first few weeks of training.
The goal during the first few weeks of training is building HABITS, and if you are too sore to train then you are missing the opportunity to build momentum with the habits you are trying to cultivate.
You will likely be sore in the beginning, but too much soreness can do more harm than good - in fact, it could be a net loss. Because contrary to popular belief you DO NOT need to β€œbreak down” a muscle to make it grow.

To all my people that don’t take themselves too seriously πŸ‘ŠπŸ½.
