As a myofunctional therapist I am constantly working to help my patients gain increased function and the leverage that function to change muscle behavior patterns. Change requires consistent practice and I have learned to leverage technology to help my patients be consistent. The last several years I have utilized the PhysiApp to help patients remember their exercises and track their progress.

Myofunctional therapy is most effective when we team up with a full team of healthcare providers with a focus on growing or supporting the airway. Throughout the year Dave is out visiting dentists, orthodontists, chiropractors, physical therapists, physicians, sleep medicine specialists, TMJ specialists, ENTs to build bridges of understanding and elevating communication between specialists for the best patient outcomes. Dr. J and Dr Hanna are amazing providers on the front lines of providing the best dental healthcare!

Starting December 1st KenmoreMyo has moved across the hall in our Mountlake Terrace office to suite #202. We share office space with a group of therapists - Dave can be found seeing new patients on Mondays in the Mountlake Terrace office in this bright and cheery space!

I started my airway journey with a great team of support in Kenmore. I met up with two of my retired dental colleagues yesterday Kaye and Dr Conway encouraged and supported me as I learned the art of myofunctional therapy and launched my own practice. So grateful for the friends and colleagues who have been a part of my journey. Today, hundreds of families have been helped improve their sleep, reduce jaw pain, improve the outcome and long term success of their orthodontics, and live healthier lives. Thanks for being such great friends.
