You don’t have to wait until January to work on your health. 🤍

September is actually one of my FAVORITE times for a fresh start.

Summer schedules settle down.
Kids go back to school.
Routines start coming back.
And we still have several months before the holidays.

💉 Something I wish more first-time Botox clients knew:

Movement is NOT the enemy.

You do not have to completely freeze every muscle in your face to have a beautiful Botox result.

Depending on your anatomy, muscle strength and YOUR goals, sometimes leaving some natural movement is exactly what we want.

My goal isn’t for someone to look at you and think:

“Wow. She got Botox.”

It’s for them to think:

“She looks really good lately.” 👀✨

That’s the sweet spot. 🤍

And it’s also why your treatment plan shouldn’t automatically be the same as your friend’s treatment plan.

Faces aren’t one-size-fits-all…and neither is Botox.

Here’s where the fall calendar currently stands:

🍂 September 20 — ONLY 2 spots left
🎃 October 17 — ONLY 3 spots left

🎄 December 12 — booking now

And here’s my friendly reminder:

If you’re trying to time Botox around family pictures, a wedding, vacation, Thanksgiving, Christmas parties or another big event…please don’t wait until the week before. 💉😂

I finally put my fall Botox dates on the calendar and apparently everyone is already planning ahead!

🎄 December 12 — NOW BOOKING

And can we talk about the fact that we’re already scheduling DECEMBER Botox?! 😳😂

If you know you’re someone who likes to stay on your 12-week schedule—or you have family pictures, holiday parties, weddings, vacations, etc. coming up—please don’t wait until the week before to message me.

There are two types of people on a Saturday morning:

☕ “Nobody speak to me until I’ve had coffee.”

and

💉 “I have Botox at 9, Target at 10 and brunch at 11.”

I aspire to be the second level of organized. 😂👏

Class reunion?
Big birthday?

Give yourself some breathing room!

Botox takes time to kick in, and I want enough time for your treatment to fully settle before the big day.

So if you have something important coming up this fall, don’t count backward three days… count backward a few WEEKS. 😉

And yes—this is your reminder that September and October calendars fill up FAST once fall activities and the holidays start creeping in. 🍂

Let’s talk about something you don’t see advertised very often…

Things Botox CAN’T do. 💉

Botox is amazing—but it isn’t magic.

It can’t:
❌ Add volume where volume has been lost
❌ Completely erase every deeply etched line
❌ Fix skin texture or pigmentation
❌ Give every person the exact same result
❌ Stop the aging process

What it CAN do is temporarily relax targeted muscles, soften certain expression lines and, when appropriately placed, create a beautifully refreshed result.

And sometimes the answer during a consultation is:

“Botox isn’t actually what you need for that.”

I’d much rather tell you that than sell you something that isn’t going to give you the result you’re expecting. 🤍
