At MadJax: Tues & Thurs Line Dancing 1:30 pm Cardinal Wellness is a free, Ball State University faculty and student-facilitated program that sets the stage for families to engage in physical activity, learn about nutritious food preparation, and participate in nutrition and fitness assessments. The program provides a safe and convenient

place to exercise with child supervision at no cost. FREE EXERCISE, CHILDCARE, FITNESS MONITORING, AND FOOD. Zumba 6-7pm

We are excited to share that the Interprofessional Community Clinic’s Healthy Lifestyle Center is now offering primary care appointments on campus.
If you need an annual physical or are looking for a new provider to take care of managing common conditions like your blood pressure, or diabetes, the Healthy Lifestyle Center is here for you. If you are looking for another place to go when you are sick and need to be seen, the Nurse Practitioners at the HLC can help with that too. At present, they are set up to bill Medicare and Anthem insurance. If you have another insurance provider, they can bill them as an out-of-network provider. We are so happy to be back at the Harvest Christian Church, 1010 E. Centennial Ave, for our signature Cardinal Wellness offerings! We start you off at 5:15 p.m. with Chair Yoga, followed by Zumba at 6 p.m. and Resistance Training at 7 p.m. These classes are offered at no cost to you! We have child care on-site for participants with kids. Come out and get your FIT ON with us today.

We’re excited to resume our free Ball State University exercise classes every Monday and Thursday inside Harvest Christian Church - 1010 E. Centennial Ave., Muncie.

Class Schedule:
• Chair Yoga: 5:15 p.m. — Gentle, accessible yoga incorporating stretching, breathing, balance, and mobility exercises to improve flexibility and relaxation.
• Zumba: 6:00 p.m. — An energetic, fun-filled dance fitness class combining upbeat music and simple choreography for a great cardiovascular workout. All fitness levels.

• Resistance Training: 7:00 p.m. — Strength-building exercises using resistance to improve muscle strength, functional fitness, balance, and everyday movement. All fitness levels.

Additional Benefits:
• Free health screenings conducted by Ball State health students every three months
• Free childcare
• Certified instructors
• All classes are free and open to the community!

I’m sorry, but we’re only able to offer Chair Yoga at 5:15 pm and Resistance Training at 7:00 pm on Thursday night at MadJax. We do not have a Zumba instructor that evening to teach the class. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

Cardinal Wellness classes will be closed on Monday, August 17, as we transition our classes to our temporary location at MadJax (515 E. Main St., Muncie, IN 47305).

As many of you know, Harvest Christian Church experienced flooding last week. We want to be mindful of the recovery efforts and avoid placing any additional burden on the church and its staff during this time.

We look forward to seeing everyone again when classes resume at MadJax on Thursday, August 20. Our class times will remain the same:

• Chair Yoga – 5:15 p.m.
• Zumba – 6:00 p.m.
• Resistance Training – 7:00 p.m.

Line Dancing Tuesday and Thursday - 1:30 pm
(Runs on Tuesday)

There is plenty of parking available on both Jackson and Main streets.

As always, all classes are free, and childcare is available.
