What does it feel like to have a bowl on your body you ask? A Tibetan bowl on the body often feels like a gentle wave of vibration moving through you — almost like your muscles, breath, and nervous system are being softly “tuned.” Some people feel warmth, tingling, pulsing, or a deep humming sensation that travels far beyond where the bowl is placed. The sound can feel both grounding and expansive at the same time, calming the mind while creating a sense of inner spaciousness. Many describe it as if the body is remembering how to relax from the inside out.
