Hey friends, so I'm making a slightly earlier announcement and calling it quits on our exercise class for a foreseeable future. So, no class this week. Maybe I'll regroup in the fall, who knows. I want to thank everyone for the support over the years, I very much appreciate it. It's been great, but my heart is not in it right now. ❤❤❤

Stretch & Tone tonight at 7:00pm at First Presbyterian in Stockbridge! By donation, all levels of fitness. The class has been struggling with the name and time change, so if you can come or share, that would be helpful ❤

Stretch & Tone class tonight at 6:30pm at First Presbyterian in Stockbridge. I think we'll work on lower body tonight, need to strengthen a bit for all the upcoming hiking ❤

No Stretch and Tone class tonight, just too wintery! I had to be out in the morning and it was slippery then, and it just doesn't seem like a good idea to be getting out. Instead, you can join me from home on YouTube! I'll put a link in comments to the live stream. I'm taking requests :)
