Listening to the stock market live this morning and Jerome Powell is speaking…not sounding to good for the worlds economy. It’s a shame we live in a world where money ruins the way we live life.

My advice…get you some liquidating assets within the next year honestly. Whether it’s buying a home, investing in stock, gold, cryptocurrency, home health care business, trucking, etc. Jobs are slowing down and people are losing hope. We are living in a time where greed is at an all time high. Pray that God keeps us grounded and continue to lift us high 🙏🏾

⭐️My name is Wesley Smith and I am a fitness coach and group exercise fitness instructor.

⭐️I will be coaching at Blueprint fitness and I will be partnering with Kevin Lacy to bring some amazing new class progressive programming.

⭐️ I provide
🔹1 on 1 Private Sessions
🔹Semi Private Sessions
🔹Athletic Performance Training
🔹Group Fitness

⭐️I hold a Bachelors in Exercise Science, have a sports background and have competed in two professional powerlifting meets with the United States Powerlifting Association.

⭐️I won 1st place in the 82.5kg weight class with a total of (1157.4lbs all time total).

⭐️ I have over 8 years of personal training experience where I’ve had the opportunity to change the lives of so many people guiding them on a path to being fit, and living a healthier more balanced lifestyle.

⭐️I’ve helped people reach their fitness goals in so many ways. In some cases, helping men and woman put on muscle mass that they have lost over time, lose body fat and recomposition.

⭐️ I coach using a MACRO based format that encourages balanced eating habits, with an emphasis on protein and the value of keeping protein high for athletic performance.

S/O to my client Ryan for locking in the past 3 months. He started his fitness journey over 3 months ago and has some great results to show for it. He has lost 10lbs, 6% body fat, and gained 11lbs of lean muscle mass. He hasn’t taken any short cuts but trusted the process! 💪🏾👏🏾
