Four things. Completely free. Every morning. Even the chaotic ones.

Water. Outside. Stretch. Coffee, in that order.

The only real change I made after years in hormone and metabolic health was getting more sunlight in my eyes. Roughly a quarter of Americans are vitamin D deficient and another 40 percent are insufficient. It affects hormones, mood, and immune function, and most people have no idea where they stand because nobody ran the lab.

I know what the other side of that feels like. There was a stretch where I’d stand there picking between the gym and playing outside with my two-year-old, because I only had the energy for one. Optimizing my hormones is what gave me both back.

A routine can’t fix what your labs haven’t found.

We went live tonight with Fitness Director Noah Renz from goperformancePTC to discuss how to actually fuel your body on a GLP-1. Protein, timing, low appetite days, and which nutrition rules you can stop following.

The medication quiets your appetite. It doesn’t tell you what to eat.

That’s where most people get stuck, and honestly it’s where most of the bad advice lives.

Two men.
Same “normal” testosterone range.
One feels like himself, one has been tired since 2023.

“Normal” is a range, not a goal.
Your physical only has to tell you that you’re somewhere between the low line and the high line.

It doesn’t tell you if your number makes sense for your age, symptoms, or the life you actually want to live.

We put together a straight‑talk guide that covers:
• the full symptom list for low testosterone
• what else can mimic low T
• which labs and ranges we actually care about when guys ask, “Is my number okay?”

This is the exact guide we send when someone DMs us their lab screenshot.

Comment RANGE and we’ll DM you the link to download it.

People ask what I take as a PA-C. Here it is.
D3 with K2. B complex. Magnesium glycinate. Fish oil at 2g. Creatine. A multivitamin underneath all of it.
Labs pointed me toward most of these. But you can usually feel the difference too, in energy and in how often you get sick.

None of these are optional to me. If the goal is optimization, you don’t get to skip the boring ones.

This is what works for my labs. Comment READY and we’ll find out what works for yours.

Nobody hands you a nutrition plan with your prescription.

👉That's the gap. The medication does its job on your appetite. But appetite is only half of it. What you eat while you're eating less is what decides whether you come out of this stronger or just smaller.

So we're going live with Fitness Director Noah Renz from Goperformance & Fitness Peachtree City to talk about it straight. He's got the master's in human performance and nutrition, we bring the clinical side, and we're covering the stuff people actually ask us about:
⭐️What to prioritize on the days you're not hungry
⭐️Why protein keeps coming up, and how much really matters
⭐️The old nutrition advice that's quietly working against you
⭐️How to handle the meals you can barely finish

Thursday, September 3 at 7pm ET, right here on our page.

Got a question you've been wanting to ask your provider? Send us a DM with your question and we'll send you a reminder before we go live. We'll work through as many as we can on air. There is no question too basic. Most of them are the ones everybody else is wondering about too!

You did the hard part already. You got labs pulled, found what was off, and actually did something about it.

‼️Here’s what a lot of people miss after that: optimization isn’t a status, it’s a moving target. Your training changes. Your stress changes. Your sleep changes. Even your protocol itself shifts your numbers over time. The panel that got you here isn’t the same panel that keeps you here.

Testosterone and estradiol shift with training load and body composition. Cortisol reflects stress you might not even be tracking consciously. Fasting insulin can drift long before you’d ever feel it. Vitamin D swings seasonally, more than most people expect.

⬆️ None of these show up as a symptom right away. They show up on a lab report first, if you’re actually looking.

Re-testing isn’t starting over. It’s making sure the version of you that exists today is still getting decisions made for it, not the version from a year ago.

One thing our provider changed after he started practicing what he actually treats: getting more sunlight in his eyes first thing in the morning.

Low vitamin D is more common than most people realize, and it plays a real role in hormone regulation, mood, and immune function.

But it’s one piece, not the whole picture. Vitamin D alone doesn’t fix an underlying hormone imbalance, it complements a full protocol built around your actual labs.

Comment READY and we’ll show you what a complete picture looks like for your specific numbers.
