Our clients are all in. We know because they are committed to learning and doing new things.
New exercises can sometimes make us feel silly or self-conscious because they highlight something we're not good at or a weakness we didn't recognize. That's okay.
The number of exercises and variations available is extensive. You probably don't know them all. But our clients trust that Dr. Sam won't give an exercise unless it is beneficial and helps you achieve your movement goal.
If you feel self-conscious when learning a new exercise, you're in good company because if you were great at everything Dr. Sam gives you, then you wouldn't be in pain or need physical therapy.
So don't be afraid to go all in on your physical therapy with us. π
