We’re excited to officially welcome Lori Holman to VitalRenew Functional and Integrative Medicine 🤍

Lori is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for integrative and functional medicine and a deep commitment to helping patients achieve optimal health through a personalized, root-cause approach to care.

With a background in oncology, primary care, chronic disease management, autoimmune conditions, and functional medicine, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to our team. Her personal experiences caring for her mother during cancer treatment, along with navigating her own health journey, inspired her to pursue a more comprehensive and patient-centered approach beyond conventional medicine alone.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner. She has also completed the Institute for Functional Medicine program for medical providers and is currently studying for certification.

Her approach combines evidence-based medicine with functional medicine principles, focusing on:

While our name is changing, who we are and the care you receive will not change. You can continue to count on the same trusted providers, compassionate staff, and comprehensive services you have come to know and rely on.

This change reflects our continued growth and expansion as a clinic. Over the past several years, we have worked hard to broaden our services to better support the health and healing of our patients. Our new name, VitalRenew, represents this next chapter.

Vital represents the essential, life-giving energy at the core of health and wellness.

Renew reflects our mission to restore, revitalize, and help patients thrive at every stage of life.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016 from Cumberland University and later completed her Master’s in Nursing at Carson Newman University.

With a diverse clinical background spanning Facial Plastics, Dermatology, and ICU nursing, Autumn brings a comprehensive and integrative approach to her practice. She is deeply committed to functional and integrative medicine, focusing on treating the root causes of health concerns and empowering individuals to achieve optimal well-being.

Autumn continuously hones her skills through advanced training and innovative techniques to provide state-of-the-art care tailored to each individual’s needs.
