Perimenopause can bring a lot of changes to the body and nervous system. Things like sleep shifts, mood changes, joint stiffness, fatigue, and feeling more “off” than usual are incredibly common.

One thing I see often with clients is how much support their body gets from therapeutic yoga during this season. Not intense movement or pushing through symptoms, but slower, intentional practices that help regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, and create more space in the body.🤍
