Those on the emailing list got wind of the news first, but surprise! I’m taking a leap of faith and moving back to Knoxville in a few weeks.

With that, my amazing studio space is available for rent. Sam and Sherri, who own the building, are phenomenal to rent from. They have made my stay so much easier and have become like family to me.

It is a spacious location, as many of know, with lots of potential. I’ll be clearing out asap and making space for someone to come in and begin offering their work! With the move, stay tuned as I post some items for sale from both my home and the studio space.

Thank you Murphy for 3 amazing years full of memories, here’s to making new ones in Tennessee!

The Stream and River packages are here to ensure that your birth experience is magical. I also offer individual services such as birth plan creation meetings or postpartum support, which listed on my website.

I have officially achieved a goal that I’ve been working towards for the past 4 years!

I wrapped up my final attunement with my wonderful Reiki Master Teacher, Heather Helvey, yesterday. I am officially trained and attuned to be able to begin teaching this wonderful modality to others and be apart of their journey!

I’m still riding the high of yesterday, but I will be rolling out offerings soon if you feel called to learn more about Reiki!

Happy Earth Day!

May we always give gratitude for this home! Today I plan on getting outside and tending to the Earth. Want some ideas on how to celebrate Earth Day? Here's a short list of things you can do today:

- Clean up your local park or beach
- Plant a native tree
- Turn off electronics for an hour
- Limit your drive time

As data centers ravage our small communities, it is important that we all work together to protect this sacred element. We can't make new water. We must return to the idea of being grateful for all that water does for us.
