What a huge Transformation !!!!
Have been extremely busy with schedules, train this client three days a week and don’t look any big different to me , until people at the gym talked about him , and I pulled out the pictures , realized how much he has been changed , oh my god ! 😳only 4months so far , all of his health got better not more pre-diabetes, visceral fat from high to normal , sleep better no more snore , have more energy and a lot more ..so proud of him，he took a lot of wrong way , the results he has now surprised his entire family 🤣
