GREAT NEWS: The U.S. Senate, on Tuesday, released its version of the 2026 Farm Bill and provisions for pesticide-harm immunity have been left out. Despite huge lobbying dollars spent by Big Ag and chemical corporations, and sneaky puppet politicians willing to do the pesticide industry's bidding, We the People won. Bayer-Monsanto loses again.

Now, for the fine print: There are differences between the House and Senate versions of the Farm Bill. As of now, pesticide immunity is not contained in either version. But the bill versions will need to go through reconciliation to make them a single bill. The reconciliation process could potentially open an opportunity for corrupt politicians to sneak pesticide immunity language in. We'll keep on top of it and let you know if/when everyone needs to take action again. Until then, we can all do a victory lap!
