Thank you all for the outpour of support and good vibes. I need to announce that all classes for the weekend are postponed. We WILL have these classes I just need the weekend to reflect and think about how I want to move forward. I’ll have a clear idea on Monday. It sounds like I need to make long term plans but I’m just going to create “for now” plans and go from there. If you have called and left me a message about using your space I truly appreciate it and I promise I’ll get back to you I just had way more calls than expected and after hours of moving things out I’m exhausted. I came across this picture of a quote I wrote in the sand in Costa Rica this year which is ironic because this was exactly what I quoted in class this morning. Having true trust within yourself knowing everything always has its way of working out. Love you all. Everything always works out for us! 💜

Yes, we’re being told to evacuate due to structural issues that our whole block downtown is now suffering from. I will post more info about what’s going to happen to the studio once we hear more information. I’m trying to practice surrendering instead of sinking into the fear of the unknown so please practice that with me! Remember what I always say— Surrender means wisely accommodating ourselves to what is beyond our control.

The best is yet to come! It’s been in the air and I can feel it. Let’s ring in the Summer Solstice together with 108 Sun Salutations on Saturday at 8:30AM. Only do as many as your body needs to detox and reset. This practice is made to strengthen you not just physically but mentally as well.

Thursday Restorative will be back next week! Lindsay and the yoga studio’s unpaid maintenance man (her husband) are off celebrating their anniversary tonight 🩷
Give your spouse/partner a big smooch and remind them how much you love them in honor of us today. You know I always preach tomorrow is never promised so lean into the love today and every day!

Schedule looks a bit different this week! Check out the changes like today’s pop up Hot Yoga noon class, Tuesday Restorative (Thursday will be back next week), Open Stretch/Meditation Hour, 108 Sun Salutations to celebrate the Summer Solstice, and another Myofascial Release on Sunday!

🤫 Open Quiet Hour-
• Wednesday 12-1PM (Donation-Based. $5 minimum)
Come use this quiet space to reset a little bit during your lunch hour! Zen vibes in a dark purple room where you can stretch and use any yoga props you’d like or you can choose to chill and meditate. For $15 you can rent the Sound Healing Headphones and an eye mask. Come run in for 10 minutes and stay for an hour. Whatever you need to recharge for the rest of your day!

Hot Yoga will be held no matter what tonight unless a Tornado *Warning* is issued. The way it works online is if you cancel your class within an hour of it starting it will keep your class credit. If the storm comes rolling in last minute worse than expected and you don’t feel comfortable driving I completely understand, just make sure and send me an email or shoot me a text 563-316-1047 and I will return your credit manually back onto your account.
