Please help me welcome Cindy Collins, RN to our MK Infusion team. Her wealth of knowledge and experience as an infusion nurse is a great addition to our team.

Meet Cindy:

I have been married almost 39 years to the best man on planet Earth. We have 4 children, 6 grandchildren, and one more on the way! They are absolutely wonderful! I love animals and we have had quite the variety of pets, including a squirrel for almost 8 years. I love working with plants, flowers, and crafts and I enjoy being outside. I have been a nurse for 36 years. I worked at children’s Hospital for 11 years and I absolutely love pediatrics. I have more than 20 years of home infusion experience. I love my job and find it very rewarding to help others. We enjoy being involved with our church. I teach a toddler Bible class with my cousin, and I help conduct a women’s prison ministry Bible class every Monday night with 2 other ladies from the church. God has truly blessed my life!

We are pleased to announce the addition of Eli Rogers, RN to our MK Infusion nursing team.

Eli has been a nurse for six years and is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues. She values collaboration, continuous learning, and bringing a positive attitude to her work each day.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and their three children—Ean and Hayden, both 16, and Charlee, 10. As a family, they love camping, taking beach trips, and making lasting memories together. She believes that balancing family, adventure, and work helps her bring dedication, empathy, and enthusiasm to everything she does.

We are so thankful for the experience and enthusiasm she brings to MK Infusion.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented receptionist to join our home infusion pharmacy team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for patients,
providers, and visitors while supporting daily pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare
environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
 Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare providers.
 Perform general office duties including scanning, filing, and faxing documents.
 Maintain and organize patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
 Support pharmacy staff with administrative tasks and workflow coordination.
 Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all patient information.
 Manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritizing workload.

Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent required
 Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
 Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, electronic records
systems)
 Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

MK Infusion Pharmacy is pleased to announce the addition of Lexie Burch as our new Certified Pharmacy Technician. A native of Cullman, Alabama, Lexie brings extensive experience working in diverse pharmacy settings, including hospital, retail, and mail-order pharmacy environments. Her strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills make her a valuable asset to the MK team. Outside of her professional pursuits, Lexie enjoys attending baseball games and spending time with friends and family.
