Hosford House, LLC

As a Certified Clarity Breathwork Practitioner, I guide clients through breathwork sessions designed to enhance clarity, release creative blocks, and promote overall well-being. Hi, I'm Amy Hosford! At Hosford House, a healing and literary arts studio in downtown Muskegon, Michigan, I help individuals and groups breathe new stories to life. Just as breath sustains the body, storytelling helps us make sense of our experiences, shaping our understanding of the world and our place within it. From our very first inhale, we’ve been narrating our lives through spoken and written words, our emotions, and our breath. As a Certified Clarity Breathwork Practitioner, I guide clients through conscious, connected breathwork sessions designed to enhance clarity, release creative blocks, and promote overall well-being. Integrating my deep experience in publishing and storytelling, I also offer writing and journaling practices that support self-expression, personal insights, and transformation. My work through Hosford House offers customized experiences for individuals, groups, and organizations, locally in personal or globally through live online sessions, including: private breathwork sessions (individuals, couples, small groups), corporate wellness and team breathwork experiences, and writing and journaling for creativity and self-discovery. If you’re seeking greater clarity, creative flow, or a deeper connection to yourself, I’d love to connect!
