We'd like to take a moment to recognize the newest member of the Healthy Life Essentials team.
"My name is Tijen, and I bring over 35 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork and holistic wellness. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Functional Nutrition Counselor. Originally trained in Germany, my approach combines gentle therapeutic treatments with an intuitive understanding of the body's natural ability to restore balance and well-being. I believe healing begins when the nervous system feels safe, supported and at ease. At Healthy Life Essentials, I work with clients of all ages including babies, children, mothers, and older adults. My goal is to create a calm and nurturing environment where each person feels cared for individually and respectfully. My work compliments the holistic therapies offered here and supports overall wellness through a gentle, natural approach.
In my spare time, I enjoy continuing my education in holistic health and nutrition, spending time with my family, and appreciating the simple joys of everyday life"
