Tomorrow morning we continue our journey toward mastering our metabolic health, and what a beautiful journey it has been together. Each week, we are learning, growing, supporting one another, and taking meaningful steps toward vibrant health and wellness.

This week, we continue our discussion of Mastering Diabetes by Cyrus Khambatta, PhD, and Robby Barbaro, MPH, focusing on Chapter 6 (pages 106-118). Together, we'll explore the incredible benefits of whole food carbohydrates and how small changes can create powerful results in our health and energy.

🌱 Discussion Question:
What processed carbohydrates do you currently eat that could be replaced with whole food carbohydrate options?

💪 Exercise Focus:
Full Body Fun, Function & Stability

🏋️ Equipment Needed:
• Sturdy chair
• Fitness ball
• Circle and straight bands
• Light, medium, and moderately heavy weights (I'll be using 5s, 10s, and 25s)

Today, our ATP family pauses to remember and honor the brave souls who fight for our safety and freedom. 🇺🇸

As a community of women who come together each week to grow stronger in our health, mobility, stability, faith, and friendships, we are deeply grateful for the freedoms that allow us to live with purpose and support one another.

ATP is more than workouts — it’s encouragement, accountability, prayer, laughter, healing, and sisterhood. We are thankful for every opportunity to move our bodies, strengthen our minds, and build meaningful connections together because of those who courageously served our country.

This Memorial Day, may we reflect with gratitude, lead with compassion, and never forget the heroes and families who sacrificed so much.

We LOVE our ATP classes 💗 There’s just something special about starting the day with a group of women focused on faith, health, and showing up for themselves—and each other.

This week we worked on strengthening our core, back, chest, arms and lower body (definitely feeling it! 💪) and kept going with Glucose Revolution by Jessie Inchauspe, talking about simple shifts like saving sweets for dessert instead of snacking all day and trying a little vinegar before meals to help with glucose balance.

The conversations always make it even better—real, honest, and encouraging. 💬

Good morning, Sisters ☀️

There is something deeply powerful about women coming together with intention—choosing growth in mind, body, and spirit. ATP Wellbeing: Attain Top Performance in Life is more than a fitness group… it’s a sisterhood rooted in faith, connection, and purpose.

In a world that often pulls us in every direction, creating space to slow down, reflect, and pour into ourselves is essential. When we gather, we’re not just moving our bodies—we’re strengthening our minds, deepening our faith, and uplifting one another. There’s healing in community. There’s strength in accountability. And there’s transformation in showing up consistently.

We are learning how to care for our bodies from the inside out—understanding our health, becoming more aware, and making intentional choices that support long-term wellness. But even more than that, we are reminding each other that we don’t have to do this journey alone.

This is about progress, not perfection. It’s about becoming the best version of ourselves—physically, mentally, and spiritually—one step at a time.

What a vibrant and energizing session this morning with our amazing ATP Sisters! 💪✨ The energy was high, the smiles were contagious, and the sense of community was stronger than ever. There’s nothing like coming together, moving our bodies, and lifting each other up!

Today also marked the beginning of our new journey: Master Your Metabolic Health — 12 weeks of exercise and education focused on improving insulin sensitivity, supporting weight management, and helping prevent chronic disease. Empowered women, empowered health!

Mobility is one of the most important — and often overlooked — parts of good health.

It’s not just about stretching or flexibility. Mobility keeps our joints healthy, our muscles working properly, and our bodies moving the way they were designed to move. When we maintain good mobility, we support balance, strength, circulation, and injury prevention.

Even more importantly, mobility plays a huge role in aging gracefully. It helps us stay active, independent, and able to keep doing the things we love — whether that’s exercising, traveling, playing with grandchildren, or simply moving through life with ease.

That’s one of the reasons we incorporate mobility into ATP Wellbeing: Attain Top Performance in Life, our biweekly virtual workout with women who care about good health, connection, community, and faith. Together we encourage each other to keep moving, stay strong, and support our bodies for the long run.

Because when we take care of our mobility today, we give ourselves the gift of strength, movement, and vitality for years to come.
