💚✨ ATP Sisters, We Can't Believe We're Already at Week 10 of 12! ✨💚
Tomorrow morning we continue our journey toward mastering our metabolic health, and what a beautiful journey it has been together. Each week, we are learning, growing, supporting one another, and taking meaningful steps toward vibrant health and wellness.
This week, we continue our discussion of Mastering Diabetes by Cyrus Khambatta, PhD, and Robby Barbaro, MPH, focusing on Chapter 6 (pages 106-118). Together, we'll explore the incredible benefits of whole food carbohydrates and how small changes can create powerful results in our health and energy.

• Sturdy chair
• Fitness ball
• Circle and straight bands
• Light, medium, and moderately heavy weights (I'll be using 5s, 10s, and 25s)
