Simple things like consistent routines, clear expectations, keeping promises, and making time to listen can help children feel secure even when life feels busy or uncertain.

A stable home gives children a strong foundation to grow, cope, and thrive. ❤

Parents, staying involved in your child's online world is just as important as knowing where they are online. Talk regularly about privacy, inappropriate messages, online grooming, cyberbullying, and why they should never feel pressured to keep an online conversation secret.

Remind your child that if something online makes them uncomfortable, scared, or confused, they can always come to you and they won't be in trouble.

Smooth the transition back to school. Ask about their time at school if they are back or about what they hope to accomplish in the upcoming school year. The majority of their day may be spent at school; therefore, parents should make themselves aware of their experiences.

Our 1-Mile Fun Run brought runners and walkers of all ages together for a mile filled with smiles, encouragement, and communtiy spirit!

Every step helped raise awareness and support for the children and families served by the CRC.
