๐ฟ What to Expect:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Dress in comfortable clothing.
Meditation and breathing exercises will be taught throughout the retreat. Weather permitting, one meditation will be conducted in a shady outdoor space. The majority of the time will be indoors in a peaceful learning environment, mostly sitting at a table but with some opportunities for movement. No strenuous stretching or exercise, or sitting on the floor, will take place.
