To Our Patients & Community,
Over the next few months, Dr. Kelley Moon may be in and out of the office periodically due to a serious family medical illness requiring her time and attention. While she remains committed to caring for her patients and continuing to serve our community, there may be unexpected occasions where she is needed to step away from the office on short notice.
Because of this, there may be times when our staff must call to reschedule appointments. We understand that schedule changes can be inconvenient, and we sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and grace during this season.
Our team will continue working hard to accommodate patients as quickly as possible and ensure continuity of care. If you need to refill your prescriptions, please call the nurse at (936) 205-0728.
