Massage, Reiki, essential oils, relaxation, fitness, and more. I am a Certified Ambassador for the EssentialYoga Program. I enjoy teaching TEYP (The Essential Yoga Program) with yoga instructors to bring doTERRA® essential oils into the yoga studio to deepen and enhance the practice.
