UPDATED Sliding Fee for ETCHS
The change went from a flat fee scale to a cost-plus fee for pharmacy ONLY for sliding fee discount program participants.
How to submit documentation:

2️⃣ Gather proof of income for all household members (pay stubs, tax returns, or official support letters).
