Part 2 🍎✨ Nampa School District School Nutrition Staff Bring Back Inspiration from ANC 2026 ✨🍎
This summer, two of our dedicated kitchen team members, Brigitte Titus and Kurt Wallin, had the opportunity to attend the Annual National Conference (ANC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. They returned with fresh ideas, renewed passion, and a deeper commitment to serving our students.
Brigitte Titus shared: "ANC was an amazing experience. My biggest takeaway was that no matter the challenges or changing guidelines, we will always find a way to ensure kids are well-fed, cared for, and supported. The passion and teamwork of school nutrition professionals was truly inspiring."
Kurt Wallin reflected: "After attending the conference in Charlotte, I came back inspired and energized. My biggest takeaway was simple: I show up to make a positive difference in students' lives. From serving nutritious meals to creating a positive experience at school, every interaction matters. I'm excited to bring new ideas, better practices, and a renewed passion back to our kitchens and students this year."
We are proud of Brigitte and Kurt for representing Nampa School District and investing in their professional growth. Their dedication reminds us that school nutrition is about so much more than meals—it's about caring for students, building connections, and helping every child succeed.

✈️ This summer, Nampa School District teacher Andrea Wallin had the incredible opportunity to attend ANC in North Carolina. Through this experience, she gained a new perspective on the dedication and hard work of the people who nourish and care for our students every day.
