Weekly and biweekly clients receive priority scheduling and discounted flat-rate pricing, similar to a membership, so you always know what to expect.

We are currently accepting weekly, biweekly, and recurring commercial clients.

A cheap roll of waxed paper or parchment paper can save you SO much time when it comes to cleaning the tops of your cabinets. Just lay a sheet across the top of your cabinets. Instead of dust, grease, and all those little particles sticking directly to the cabinet, they collect on the paper.
Then when it’s time for a deep clean, just toss and replace!

Little things like this are exactly what we love about a good maintenance routine. Cleaning doesn’t always have to mean scrubbing harder… maybe it’s just about making the next clean easier. 😜🤎

I’ve had PPD 3 times and it scares me to think that someone I love could be going through postpartum depression afraid to ask for help.

I remember the first time someone asked me how I was doing after having my first daughter. We had been through a difficult NICU stay, and I was exhausted, overwhelmed and trying desperately to keep everything together. When someone asked how I was doing and genuinely meant it, it caught me completely off guard- everyone always asked me about my baby. Everyone wants to see the baby, hold the baby, I was invisible. So when she asked me I stumbled over my words and even started crying. She was so sweet but probably so confused 🤣

This is a pretty perfect picture of why I named this company Nurtured.

Sometimes nurturing someone looks like cleaning their house without them asking to just take something off their plate. Sometimes it is asking a tired parent how they’re doing, bringing dinner, holding the baby so they can sleep, or simply showing up so they can have human interaction with another adult. Not just for postpartum depression but in general.

It does not have to be a huge gesture. It all matters.
Maybe we should get a little better at noticing when the people around us could use a little extra care.

Nurtured Ky is about taking care of people and our communities. I pray that everyone we come across be a little better than we found them 🤎

We want to introduce to you the newest member of our Nurtured Ky team, Kota. She has been with us for 3 weeks now and we’ve been training like crazy!
Getting to know her over these past few weeks has been such a pleasure. She has been a wonderful addition to our team so far, and we are so excited to see all that is ahead for her with Nurtured KY. Happy belated birthday, Kota! We hope you felt extra celebrated yesterday. 🤎

Our 2026 job map is looking a little crazy. 🤎

Nurtured KY is based in Pulaski County and Fayette County, Kentucky, but we serve a 2-hour radius from Somerset, KY as a general rule of thumb.

A big reason we're able to cover such a large service area is my background in real estate. I have served much of Kentucky as an agent for many years and it hasn't stopped. I understand the needs of property managers, real estate agents, investors, asset managers, and property owners with multiple homes, and we're equipped to handle multiple properties and recurring work.

A little refrigerator before & after from Kota & Karissa! 🤎

Our team has been working on a HUGE move-in/move-out contract over the last month, and some of the refrigerators we’ve seen have been BAD. One even had rotting meat in it. 🤢

The new tenants will never know what was waiting for them in there! This one wasn’t nearly that bad, but I thought it was a good opportunity to remind everyone about our refrigerator policies.

They aren’t included in maintenance or residential deep cleans, but can be added on as long as they’re completely empty. We do always clean the outside and inside panels, and if there’s an obvious spill on the edges when we open the doors- we will tackle it too.

Also… Please remove your old food. Your cleaning team will thank you. 🤎
