Meet James! James was born in 2014 with a diagnosis of Down’s Syndrome and a congenital heart condition. He was only 2 months old when his mother, Larkin, self-referred to Early Intervention as advised by a friend, where she was able to obtain services for James, including Physical, Occupational, and Infant Development services. James was a true warrior at birth, undergoing open heart surgery, followed by intestinal surgery just one week later. After frequent vomiting and choking when eating solid foods, he underwent further surgery in his esophagus, all before he turned two, but his resilience persisted, and James was finally well on his way to recovery! By 2018, James had made significant progress, gaining the ability to eat pureed foods without the use of a g-tube, which was ultimately removed. NBRC Interim Executive Director Announcement

North Bay Regional Center wants to hear from you!

North Bay Regional Center (NBRC) is working to create a three-year Strategic Plan – a roadmap that will help us better understand and work towards meeting the needs of our community. As a starting point, NBRC wants to better understand how to best support the individuals and families we serve, our staff and provider community.
We need to hear your thoughts – what you think and what is important to you! We are asking you to please complete an on-line survey, that should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete.
Your feedback will be used to help the regional center determine what is most important to focus on in the next three years. Please feel free to tell us what you think or feel from your own experience. There are no right or wrong answers. Also, all responses are anonymous (secret), and are being collected by Kinetic Flow, an independent third-party. Responses never identified individually.

Instructions
• To open the survey, please click on the above link.
• If you are unable to directly access the link, please either copy and paste it into a new browser window or type it into a browser window.
• The survey should be completed in one session, so please try to allow enough time.
• If you leave the survey part way through, you will not be able to return to the survey where you left off; the survey will prompt you to start again.

You might also receive a text from Kinetic Flow on behalf of NBRC asking you to participate in the interview; the interview asks the same questions as the online survey. So, if you want to participate but don’t have a chance to complete the online survey, you will have a chance to do so.

North Bay Regional Center thanks you for your time and sharing your thoughts. Your thoughts and comments will help us plan for a better future.

Thank you again!

Sincerely,

Deanna Mobley, Interim Executive Director

Atentamente,

Deanna Mobley, Directora Ejecutiva Interina

Salamat muli!

Taos-puso,

Deanna Mobley, Gumaganap na Executive Director
