Napa Valley Support Services

Napa Valley Support Services Together we make a difference! Providing supports to adults with disabilities since 1956.

Napa Valley Support Services has been providing services to adults with developmental disabilities since 1956. It was started by a group of concerned parents who wanted meaningful activities for their children and has since grown from a single day program for 10 adults into three programs that provide services to more than 375 individuals with disabilities annually. In our three programs, Napa Per

sonnel Systems, Imperial Way Program, and Brown Street Gallery, we focus on quality-of-life issues specific to adults with disabilities. These programs offer our clients opportunities to earn income through their own labor, to express themselves through the arts, to learn at a pace that accommodates their needs, and to demonstrate to themselves and to others that they are contributing members of society.

A heartfelt thank you to Arts Council Napa Valley

Thanks to your generous support, our Brown Street Gallery was able to expand artistic opportunities for the talented artists we support through new art materials, community events, marketing, and creative collaboration over the past year.

This investment helped our artists explore new mediums with resin, showcase their work throughout the community, welcome new visitors to the gallery, and create more opportunities to earn income through the sale of their artwork. More importantly, it fostered confidence, creativity, and meaningful community connections.

We are incredibly grateful for Arts Council Napa Valley's commitment to making the arts accessible and inclusive for everyone. Thank you for believing in our artists and helping Brown Street Gallery continue to grow as a vibrant part of Napa's arts community.

💙 Here's a look back at some of the wonderful moments your support made possible! Thank you also to our wonderful art consultant Terese Edestam for your guidance, creativity and connection to this collaboration!
