What a beautiful day at the Journey to Present - Open House! 🧡✨

I’m still smiling thinking about all of the wonderful conversations, connections, questions, laughter & curiosity that filled the day.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my Reiki & Resonance table, shared a little of your story with me, asked about energy work & how my approach is unique, experienced a little sound & frequency, entered my raffle, or simply came over to say hello. 🧡

I loved connecting with so many people who are curious about their own energy, their healing journey, and what may be possible beyond traditional approaches.

I’m so grateful to Melissa and the Journey to Present community for creating such a warm & welcoming space — and I’m excited to see what continues to unfold in St. Charles! ✨

You might know that I practice Reiki…

But you may not know that Reiki is only one part of what I do. 🤍

My work has evolved considerably over the past six years.

I work intuitively with the Human Biofield and personal Energy Field, looking beyond what someone is experiencing on the surface and exploring what may be occurring energetically underneath.

Sometimes that means Reiki.
Sometimes sound or frequency.
Sometimes tuning forks or vibrational toning.
And sometimes my work moves into much deeper Soul-level and shamanic exploration.

There isn’t a predetermined protocol I take every person through.

I begin with you.

What are you experiencing?
What are you noticing?
What feels different, heavy, stuck or simply…off?

And then we explore what your field reveals.

You don’t need to understand energy work before you come.
You don’t need to know which session tool you need.
And you definitely don’t need to have all the answers.

That’s my job. 😆🤍

Yesterday, a session brought both my client and me to tears. 🤍

Not because something went wrong.

Quite the opposite.

Before a Soul Alignment session, I spend time reviewing my client’s intake and intuitively assessing their Human Biofield and personal Energy Field. So I usually have a sense of some of what we’ll be working with before they ever walk through the door.

But I don’t see everything.

And honestly, that has become one of the most beautiful parts of this work.

Sometimes something is unveiled during a session that wasn’t revealed to me beforehand.

Something neither of us was expecting.

Yesterday was one of those sessions.

What emerged felt so profound — and honestly, a little surreal — that at one point we were both crying. In a very good way. ❤️

I won’t share what was unveiled because that belongs to my client.

But it reminded me that the pre-session assessment is a guide. It gives us a place to begin, but it isn’t a script.

Sometimes we begin knowing there is something to clear.

And sometimes what is revealed along the way feels like a gift. 🤍

Even after more than six years, there are moments in this work that still leave me in awe.
