🌱 National Nutrition Month — Final Week 🌱
Hi friends… It’s been a while 💚
After stepping away this past year for maternity leave, I’m finally back — and it feels so special to reconnect during the last week of National Nutrition Month.
Even though I’ve been a little quiet on here, I haven’t stopped being a dietitian 💚
Behind the scenes, I’ve been:
✨ Supporting patients through 1:1 nutrition counseling
✨ Helping patients navigate insurance coverage for nutrition services
✨ Leading cooking demos with simple, plant-forward meals
✨ Continuing education in prediabetes, postpartum, and cancer
And becoming a mom has deepened everything I teach…
Because now more than ever, I understand that health has to fit into real life — busy days, limited time, and everything in between.
So as we close out this month, here’s what I want you to remember:
✨ You don’t need a complete reset
✨ You don’t need to cut out your favorite foods
✨ You don’t need to wait for the “perfect time”
🌿 You just need one small, supportive step forward
