Memorial Day is not easy since my life changed. I never thought I would be left with a flag and an urn and not my family here with me physically. I know they are with God I’m not worried but grief is hard some days more than others. A song, a smell, a movie; I think often of the griefstones I’m experiencing. As hard as they maybe, I’m still pushing through and honoring my family in heaven while I’m still here. My goal is to help anyone going through grief and helping them with their mental health toolbox with getting the right tools. Not just bereavement either. Grief has no discrimination. Relationship grief? Financial grief? Medical grief? I work with all. For me I have put plans in place for days like this…have you?

Every year on Mother’s Day on a Sunday morning, I provide flowers to mothers who have lost their children and children that have lost their mother to toss these flowers into the ocean together. Yes bereaved Mother’s Day is the weekend before but we are still mothers and/or children of mothers and that will never change. Hugsss I hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day 2026🤍🫂🙏🏽💖🥰
