If you’ve been stuck in a revolving door of relationships that follow the same cycle and patterns…keep reading.
I know this pain all too well.
I had to heal the parts of me that kept choosing the same lesson in different bodies. 🦋

For years I thought I just had bad luck in love.
Different man, same story. The charm in the beginning. Then the lies. The yelling. My feelings dismissed. Him storming out mid-argument, leaving me to feel emotionally & physically abandoned.
And me? Always available. Always forgiving. Rushing home from time with friends and family to be there for someone who was never really there for me.
What I couldn’t see then was that the pattern didn’t start with him.
It started with a little girl who learned that love had to be earned. That being easy, quiet and accommodating was how you stayed safe and stayed wanted. So as a grown woman, I kept being drawn to the same kind of love, because it felt familiar. And familiar felt like home.
Leaving wasn’t the end of the work. It was the beginning.
I had to go back to that little girl. Re-parent her. Give her the safety and worth she was always looking for in someone else. Learn to trust what my body was telling me, instead of talking myself out of it.
Now the lesson doesn’t have to keep showing up in a new body. 🤍
If you keep finding yourself in the same relationship with a different face, you’re not broken, and you’re not unlucky. There’s a wound asking to be healed, and it can be.
